INGREDIENTS
• 45ml of caramel syrup
• 30ml of whiskey
• 15ml of Morand Valais Apricotine spirits (43% Vol.)
• Two double espresso, diluted with hot water to make 350ml of hot coffee
• Fresh cream
• Freshly grated orange zest (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare a double espresso and dilute it with hot water to make 350ml of hot coffee.
2. In a warm glass, add caramel syrup, whiskey, and Valais Apricotine spirits.
3. Pour the hot coffee into the glass and stir well.
4. Gently float fresh cream on top.
5. Garnish with freshly grated orange zest.
